Exhibition stand hire – what’s included?

When you rent an exhibition stand from ayble, you get more than just the system itself. Depending on the package, delivery, setup and dismantling, as well as the custom-printed graphics, are included – nationwide and across Europe. If you wish, you can set up the tool-free ayble system yourself in just a few minutes, or our team will handle the turnkey handover on site.

All 12 models – from the compact info stand from €785 to the large Professional stand with LED – are modular, reusable and Made in Germany. Frequently asked questions about renting exhibition stands

How much does it cost to rent an exhibition stand?

At ayble, you can rent a modular exhibition stand from €785 per event. Twelve models from 5 to 200 m², each at an all-inclusive price – with delivery and assembly on request.

Are delivery and assembly included in the rental?

Yes, on request. You can assemble the tool-free stand yourself, or our team will take care of delivery, assembly and dismantling right down to the turnkey handover.

Does ayble deliver nationwide and across Europe?

Yes. From Hamburg, we deliver and assemble nationwide and across Europe – from regional trade fairs to leading international shows.

Can I credit the rental towards a later purchase?

Yes. We credit the system rental fee you’ve paid on a pro-rata basis towards a later purchase – so you can test it risk-free.

How quickly can a rental stand be assembled?

Thanks to the tool-free system, a stand up to 20 m² can often be set up in around 60 minutes – without tools and without prior knowledge.

Can I view the stand in advance?

Yes. You can experience the system live in our Hamburg showroom. Feel free to book an appointment.
