LED video wall with 1.9 mm and 2.6 mm pixel pitch. Tool-free integration into the ayble frame system.

Indoor standard · Outdoor on request · Made in Germany.

Impact that sticks

Moving images attract attention—at trade fair stands more than any poster. ayble LED video walls bring your brand message to the surface in large, brilliant, and dynamic form: promotional films, product demos, animations, or dynamic image sequences, razor-sharp and without lamp glare.

We offer two resolution variants: 1.9 mm pixel pitch for close-up detail walls (demo islands, reception backdrops) and 2.6 mm pixel pitch for classic background and eye-catcher walls. Both systems integrate directly into the ayble frame system—no improvising, no separate assembly.

Applications for ayble LED video walls

Four typical applications at trade fair stands where our video walls deliver the greatest impact.

Trade fair stand backdrop

Large-format back wall at the stand with product films, brand animations, or live content. Pixel pitch 2.6 mm is sufficient for typical stand visitor distance.

Demo and product island

High-resolution detail views directly at the product table. Pixel pitch 1.9 mm for sharp display at short viewing distance.

Eye-catcher & LED cube

Can be combined at angles up to 270° into cubes, columns, or freestanding shapes. Visible from all sides—ideal as hall signage.

Header & ticker

Narrow, long bands as stand headers or continuous information text. The 500 × 1,000 mm cabinets are perfect for such formats.

Frequently asked questions about LED video walls

What does pixel pitch mean?

Pixel pitch is the distance between two adjacent LED pixels, measured in millimeters. The smaller the pixel pitch, the closer the viewer can stand to the wall without individual pixels becoming visible. A 1.9 mm wall appears like a high-resolution display from about 1.5 m distance. A 2.6 mm wall typically requires 2.5 m distance but is more economical per square meter.

Which pixel pitch suits my trade fair stand?

Rule of thumb: the minimum viewing distance corresponds approximately to the pixel pitch number in meters. For 1.9 mm, that’s about 1.5–2 m; for 2.6 mm, about 2.5–3 m. For a back wall where stand visitors stand 3+ m away, 2.6 mm is sufficient. For a demo island directly at the product, we recommend 1.9 mm. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise you individually on your stand concept.

How is the LED video wall integrated into the trade fair stand?

Both pixel pitch variants are designed to be directly combined with the ayble frame system (55 mm and 62 mm). The LED cabinets are hooked into the frame structure without tools or assembled via the matching stack system. Connection is plug-and-play—signal and power cables are connected at the back and can be neatly concealed in the frame.

How long does assembly of an LED video wall take?

The actual assembly of a standard backdrop (e.g., 3 × 2 m) by our team typically takes 60–90 minutes—including commissioning and calibration. For large formats or complex configurations like LED cubes, correspondingly longer. For rental orders, assembly by the ayble team is a mandatory component—this ensures correct calibration and protection of the expensive hardware.

Rent or buy—what makes sense?

For a single trade fair or irregular use, rental is usually the simpler choice—including assembly, commissioning, return transport, and insurance. For regular use over several trade fairs per year and existing in-house logistics, purchase may be the more economical solution. We’re happy to advise you individually on what suits your trade fair schedule.

Is the LED video wall also available for outdoor use?

Our standard range is optimized for indoor trade fairs. Outdoor-capable LED video walls with increased brightness (≥ 4,000 cd/m²) and IP protection class are available on request. Just contact us and we’ll check availability for your event.

What content can I display on the LED video wall?

Anything you would otherwise show on a large screen: promotional films, product animations, live streams, slideshows, social media walls, or interactive presentations. Signal input is via HDMI, DisplayPort, or receiver. We can provide the appropriate format profile for your content (resolution of your wall configuration) on request.

Are creative shapes like LED cubes or columns possible?

Yes. Both pixel pitch variants can be seamlessly combined at angles up to 270°. This enables freestanding LED cubes, 90° corner walls, or curved column shapes. The individual LED frames are precisely joined via magnetic connectors and mechanical locks—without visible seams. Contact us for custom layouts.

Where are ayble LED video walls used?

At national and international B2B leading trade fairs in Germany (Hannover Messe, IFA Berlin, drupa Düsseldorf, BAU Munich, ANUGA Cologne, IAA Mobility) as well as throughout Europe. ayble delivers and assembles within Europe—from Hamburg directly to your event location.
