Rent or buy LED light frames

An LED light frame is an aluminium profile with integrated LED backlighting and a textile graphic as the printed motif. The LEDs illuminate the textile evenly from behind, giving the motif brilliant colors and maximum visibility—even in bright daylight. Light frames are used at trade fairs, at the POS, in shop windows, in reception areas and at outdoor events.

Both versions have the same protection rating, IP67, and are therefore equally suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The difference lies in the mounting: the standard light frames (LF series) are typically integrated into exhibition stands or permanently mounted. The outdoor totems (SLF series) are freestanding with a solid base plate—ideal for festivals, open-air events or as wayfinding signage. They are wind-stable up to 40 km/h.

The printed textile is inserted by hand into a continuous silicone edge around the frame. This creates a smooth, wrinkle-free surface. Swapping a motif takes only a few minutes—ideal for seasonal campaigns or quick rebrandings. We require print files in the frame size format including 10 mm bleed per side (e.g., for 2,000 × 750 mm this is 2,020 × 770 mm) as a CMYK PDF at a minimum of 150 dpi.

In our standard range, we offer ten LF sizes from 2,000 × 750 mm to 2,500 × 6,000 mm, as well as four SLF outdoor totems from 2,000 × 750 mm to 2,500 × 1,000 mm. In addition, custom formats are possible at any time—special angles and multi-part solutions are available on request.

Thanks to the tool-free plug-in system, a standard light frame can be set up in 5–20 minutes depending on size. A compact outdoor totem (e.g., 2,500 × 1,000 mm) can be ready for use by one person in under 10 minutes. For large formats from 4 m width, we recommend setup by two people—typically 20–30 minutes is sufficient here as well.

Rule of thumb: For one-off events or irregular use (1–2 appearances per year), renting is usually the most economical solution—including delivery, setup and return transport. For regular appearances (3+ trade fairs/year, continuous POS use, your own brand asset in the showroom), buying pays off from the second use. We will be happy to advise you individually—the custom-size request is free of charge and non-binding.

The outdoor totems (SLF series) are certified to protection class IP67: completely dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water. The design with a solid base plate withstands wind speeds of up to 40 km/h (wind force 5). In extreme weather conditions, we recommend dismantling or additional securing (sandbags, anchors).

We deliver nationwide—from Hamburg directly to your location.

We deliver standard sizes within 7–10 business days after order confirmation. For rental requests, we try to accommodate short-notice dates—just contact us. Special sizes and custom-made products have a longer lead time, which we will specify in your quote. Delivery is available throughout Germany, with optional on-site setup service.
